### Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number. Only calls you don’t answer are forwarded to the line that sends the text.

### What if it says something wrong?
It only works from what you give it: services, area, hours and call-out fee. Anything outside those rules is handed to you. Every conversation is logged, and we review them with you for the first 30 days.

### Is it legal to text people who just called me?
Replying to someone who just called your business is a conversational message, not marketing. We still include STOP opt-out and quiet hours, and we handle carrier registration. We aren’t lawyers, so if you have a specific concern, check with yours.

### Which calendars and job tools does it work with?
Every plan works with Google and Outlook calendars. Full Front Desk adds Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan and similar tools, where their API allows it.

### Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Try the live demo as if you were a customer. It runs the same assistant we’d set up for you, using a made-up plumbing company.
